We provide primary care to the vast majority of our patients. Galaxy Health plans do not encompass primary care but rather a means for patients to obtain care when they need it in a telemedicine only setting. Patients that require controlled substances on a regular basis will follow our controlled substance policy and obtain urine drug screens with every prescription. We accept many reliable major health plans. We provide annual exams, sick visits, hospital care, vaccinations (not covid) and the following procedures:

Intellimedicine is proud to provide high quality diagnostic services in the areas of cardiac, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, allergy and immunology, skin disorders, endocrinology, cancer diagnosis, blood disorders, musculoskeletal and chemical derangements, fatigue, mental health, infectious diseases, neurologic and kidney disorders. When appropriate, the patient is comanaged with a specialist. Intellimedicine offers Electrocardiograms, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Pulmonary Function testing, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, skin testing/microscopy, rapid testing for a wide range of infectious diseases and more. Our aim is to provide the patient with the highest level of service and convenience possible. We have deployed innovations to achieve this goal which make our practice ideal for persons motivated to achieve their potential in mind, body and spirit. Intellimedicine offers limited contraception (birth control pills) as appropriate, female screening services including ordering mammograms, pap smears and bone scans. Pelvic examinations for diagnostic purposes are performed. Women who are in menopause seeking hormone replacement must sign a waiver in light of the known risks of such therapy and are carefully screened to avoid such risks.
